Express Class
This one-day class is intended for couples who want a good class, but are short on time. After taking this class, you'll have a good idea about what to expect in normal labor, along with some effective coping tools. If you opt for an epidural or have a cesarean, you'll be prepared with information to stay in control and have an amazing birth.

This class can be taken online via Zoom or in the comfort of your own home. For private classes in your home, I require at least one phone or Zoom call with you prior to the first class.

The cost of this class is $350 for non-doula clients. For families that have hired me as their doula, the cost of this class is $300.
