Comfort Measures Workshop
This workshop will teach you positions, counterpressures, and how to cope with labor physically and emotionally. This is a 4-hour class. You do not need to take this class if you are taking the Comprehensive, Home and Birth Center, or Hospital classes.

This class can be taken online via zoom or in the comfort of your own home. For private classes in your home, I require at least one phone or zoom call with you prior to the first class.

The cost of this class is $175 for non-doula clients. For families that have hired me as their doula, you will not need this class as the information is included in services.
