Life With Your New Baby
Couples spend so much time planning for the birth of their baby and often forget to think about what comes next.
The Life With Your New Baby Class walks couples through the immediate postpartum, discussing newborn procedures, and the first several weeks after. You will learn about newborn sleep, feeding cues, postpartum mood disorders, and how to stay connected as a couple. This workshop includes the Breastfeeding course for free- a $50 value.

This class can be taken online via Zoom or in the comfort of your own home. For private classes in your home, I require at least one phone or Zoom call with you prior to the first class.

The cost of this class is $175 for non-doula clients. For families that have hired me as their doula, the cost of this class is $125.
