Consciously Connected Childbirth:  What is it?

Consciously Connected Childbirth is an engaging, empowering 5-class series to help you remove the mystery and fear surrounding childbirth.  During our time together, we will discuss strategies to help you approach your birth with confidence and excitement.

Consciously Connected Childbirth will encourage you to get in touch with your mind, body, baby, and soul through visualizations, relaxation, bodywork, and much more. The more you can connect with your baby and your body during pregnancy, the easier your birth can be.

Your baby only gets this one birth experience, and it is important that they feel your calm and joy when they arrive, no matter what path your journey takes you down. Birth trauma occurs when our birth happens TO you, and you are not involved in the decision-making process of your care. This class will teach you how to talk to your providers and make sure you are heard, no matter where you plan to give birth.
